Everyone was lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I was greeted with smiles , like an old friend, even though I had never visited before. Kirstie and the rest of the staff helped me find the right glasses, not only for my needs, but also which style suited me. I shall definitely make this my optician of choice for the future.

The smallest branch stood out from all others I have been to and when the time comes round I will certainly go there again. The staff member who welcomed me was polite and did a field vision test to save me time, because I had arrived early and the Optometrist was running slightly behind. When I met him he performed every test and photographed my eyes. He explained the results to me in great detail and I was able to understand. He said I did not actually need new glasses at this time - which I had suspected but really was overdue for a check. Brilliant and honest service all the way round.

Had a problem with a sore eye and was seen the same day. The optometrist was very calm & explained the problem without causing me any anxiety.
